    roman day for the CTX

had a good day out today with the CTX. on a couple of new sites the first is a medieval site we had a couple of hours but only a cut half came up, my second signal, the stubble was very stiff so we went down the road to a roman site. there was plenty of roman coins coming up i managed 15 wigan musky got 16 and i had a brooch and the snake buckle, could this be roman??? this field was on stubble to so we will get back down there once cultivated and see if theres any silvers to be found. heres some pics.

I don't know how many times I can say that I'm jealous of you guys over in the UK but I think I'll say it once more just for good measure: I'm jealous of you guys over in the UK. Awesome finds. One day I'll make the trip and find me some imperialist Roman tidbits!
